All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express every Monday only.
DISPATCH DEADLINES
All orders are dispatched every Monday only, excluding public holidays. Orders received after 3:30pm Sunday cut-off will automatically be scheduled for dispatch on the following Monday.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
Where Monday falls on a public holiday, orders will generally be dispatched on the following Tuesday. Dispatch dates may be adjusted at our discretion where necessary to minimise potential delays and ensure the health and welfare of our livestock.
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on the customers location. While express post is used, deliveries to locations outside metropolitan areas may take approximately 2-4 business days, depending on network and circumstances beyond our control.
LIVESTOCK WELFARE AND DELIVERY:
The health and welfare of our fish is our highest priority. Indo Thai Bettas reserves the right to delay or reschedule dispatch where we reasonably consider that doing so is necessary to minimise the risk of extended transit times, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances that compromise the safe transportation of livestock.
Where we determine that an order should be held, the customer will be contacted by telephone prior to dispatch. This may particularly apply where dispatch immediately before or after a public holiday could result in an extended delivery period.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these dispatch conditions and understand that delivery timeframes are subject to the relevant postal carriers’ network and circumstances beyond our control.
Customers who prefer to collect their order rather than postal delivery may select the PICK-UP option at checkout.
